Summer Reading/Writing Program 2009

The Eastern Kentucky University Summer Reading/Writing Program, sponsored by the Appalachian Partnership for Literacy Development, is being offered again this summer from June 8-25, 2009 at the Model Lab School.  There is also a testing day on Friday, June 5, 2009. 

Below are the forms and information about the program, including a letter to parents and a registration form.  Feel free to make as many copies as needed of these forms.
