EDF Screening Schedule

EDF Screenings have been scheduled for Mondays, October 19th & 26th from 9:00-3:00.

Students that do not make the scheduled screenings can have the EDF screening, re-screening, and/or evaluation conducted at other facilities by a licensed
speech-language pathologist or audiologist (names available upon request). Please have those test results sent to the EKU Clinic (see below) for record keeping and
communication with Teacher Admissions Office.
